Toddler Talk Thursday- Summer Fun for Toddlers

Crazy About My Baybah

Little Bit and I are finally reunited after my long month as Church secretary. We are having a blast! What exactly do you do with a 17 month old in the summer anyways? Well Little Bit and I hit the road most every day. Today for example we went to the library for toddler story time. Last week we went swimming at the National Forest. I want to take him to the mini zoo near our house within the next week and Hubs and I are planning a trip to the National Zoo very soon!

I am amazed at how many things there are to do for children in my area. You can find fun things to do with your toddler by looking in the newspaper, joining a Mommy Meetup group, subscribing to Macaroni Kid, and looking at papers on bulletin boards in stores. How are you keeping your Little Bits busy these days? Any other resources you can think of to help us all find ways to fill the time?

  1. My daughter use to be a Macaroni Kid editor and they do have great things in their newsletters.
I think you are so wise to take him to Library times. I can tell you two are going to have a great time this summer!

  3. My little Bits are ages 12 14 15...we live in the country miles and miles away from the advantages of a city...they are either bored out of their minds or so involved in creating their own entertainment!
