Fall is my favorite time of the year perhaps because I was born on the first official day of fall. All of my favorite things happen around this time of the year. Everything sort of settles in. The temperature drops and the humidity heads back south. The days grow shorter and the leaves turn gorgeous colors. The fair comes around. Actually it is this week and I always think of it as the start of fall. There are wonderful festivals most every weekend. Of course the most wonderful thing of all... FOOTBALL! The college teams charge the fields on Saturdays and on Sundays the pros duke it out. I love fall and I am so very glad it is that wonderful time of year once again!
