Are You Ready For Some.....

Fall is my favorite time of the year perhaps because I was born on the first official day of fall. All of my favorite things happen around this time of the year. Everything sort of settles in. The temperature drops and the humidity heads back south. The days grow shorter and the leaves turn gorgeous colors. The fair comes around. Actually it is this week and I always think of it as the start of fall. There are wonderful festivals most every weekend. Of course the most wonderful thing of all... FOOTBALL! The college teams charge the fields on Saturdays and on Sundays the pros duke it out. I love fall and I am so very glad it is that wonderful time of year once again! What is your favorite time of the year? Are you a crazed football fan as well? Who do you root for?

    I'm really anxious for fall this year after the hot summer most of us have experienced. I like fall but I think Spring is still my favorite time of year.

    FALL? Seriously? It's still 108 here. HAHA. No football here. I did enjoy the couple of years that my dear daughter was in high school marching band though.

    I second what LisaWeidknecht said...it's still in the 100's daily here :(. We probably won't really see fall until November-at least leaves changing and falling. One of my favorite sounds is leaves crunching under my feet and I can hardly wait!

    My husband has been prepping our kids for the start of football this Saturday and my 4 yo is definitely super excited :).

    WOOOHOOOO! Football!!! If you could see me I'm dancing, I love me some football, . :) Football food as well, OH baby love me some football food. yummmmnom nom.. Look I made myself all hungry again ;-)
    By the way, fall here is hot, we had a cool summer only to start school off with 90+ degrees. It's as if the weather man laughs at us, oh look cool front heading in-oh wait- nope hot weather for you again, haha, yeah. not funny.

    I have always loved fall. Its my favorite season and then spring would be next. I could do with out the football though.
