Tweet Last night I was super excited and headed to Target to buy a nice blender and bunches of fruit for my smoothie breakfast. This is the first small step I need to take for Jennifer McCay's Lean Green Mama Bootcamp.
This morning I blended up some fruit, soy milk, and spinach. I know what your thinking. EWWWWW! Honestly, it was really good. It made quite a lot of smoothie. An hour later I was in that I'm getting dizzy from not eating mode. Her instructions say that your body can rebel in these first weeks to a new way of eating. Tomorrow I am going to try the oatmeal instead and see if that works.
I am trying very hard not to be an all or nothing type of gal anymore. Nope, that smoothie didn't fill me up until lunch today. You know what? I am going to try again tomorrow! You know why? God loves me and made me special and that means I am worth it! Have a happy Friday everyone :D
