First Real Playtime Outside

Yesterday was picturesque here in Virginia. We had almost record high temperatures. There was very little wind and the sun was shining. We started the day by heading to the mall to get his one year pictures taken by our favorite photographer Whitley from the Picture People. She did a fantastic job as always. I would share them with you but I was to cheap to buy the CD with the rights ;D We ate lunch at the mall and played for a few minutes in the kid zone. Then we went to the park in the "big town." Little Bit was so due for a nap so we only got in a few minutes of swinging before he melted down. Our drive home from "big town" takes about half an hour. When we got home he was so sleepy so I rolled all the windows down in the car and sat with him while he slept. When he woke up I thought why shouldn't we play in our own yard? We had a ball. I cant wait to do it again today!

  7. What a lovely picture. The leaves and the grass are so interesting for little people, as long as you can keep it all out of their mouths :)
