Toddler Talk Thursday

Crazy About My Baybah

Little Bit just turned a year old at the end of January so his outdoor activities to date have been pretty limited. When he was just learning to roll over his favorite activity was to propel himself off his blanket and eat handfuls of dirt O.o He also enjoyed sitting in his swing while Momma watered the garden. I would have to say his favorite activity so far has been taking a stroll in his Bugaboo.

Today and tomorrow are actually supposed to be gorgeous here in ye ole Virginey so we are going to escape to the great outdoors. Today we are going to the mall to get pictures taken so if Little Bit is up for it we can hit the park in the "big town" before we head home. Tomorrow is going to be the prettiest day this week and Hubs is working from home! For his lunch break we are going to go to the town park to take a stroll and maybe try out the baby swing.

Little Bit is still only crawling so that is about the extent of our outdoor fun. Do you have any more suggestions of fun things to do outside with a crawler? Have a fantastic Thursday :D

  1. Have fun getting out and enjoy that walk. I can't wait till the snow is gone, then we can go for walks again. Belle wasn't walking last summer either so this year is going to be fun.

    Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Your lunchtime plans at the park sound so perfect!

  3. I think that might be the difference with boys and girls. At least those are the kinds of things I see between Izzy and my nephew. She never like being dirty even right out of the womb if her diaper was even a tiny bit wet from a sneeze leak she'd scream bloody murder. When I take her to the sand pits she won't sit in the sand she squats so her clothes don't get dirty. haha Thanks for stopping by my blog!

  4. Enjoy every moment with your little one. They will grow so fast. So take time their development stages so that you have something to cherish on. Thank you for dropping by...

  5. My kids loved exploring everything on the ground when they were just crawling... it just depends on the amount of dirt you can tolerate. I've had to throw out more than a few pairs of pants that wouldn't wash off. Thanks for stopping by my blog at

  6. Hi, I'm a new follower from Social Parade on Friday! Your blog is amazing!! I would love it if you followed back at -

  7. Can he play with sand? If you don't have a big sandbox, put some in a rubbermaid contaner with some toys and let him have at it. My daughter loved that and still enjoys it at 3 years old.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my BCBG return policy rant. I try not to rant often but I was just so riled up about it!

    Have a great weekend!
