Weight Watchers Weigh In Day: Week Two

So I was supposed to write this on Tuesday but I felt icky and then Little Bit felt icky. Long story short, I didn't do it ;D I did go to my Weight Watchers meeting and I was down .8 pound! I know it isn't a big impressive number but smaller increments are indicative of healthy weight loss.

I also did manage to walk once this last week like I had set my goal to do. I also did some serious gardening two days last week. That totals three days of exercise! Yay!

My goal this week is to get one day of structured exercise in before my next weigh in on Tuesday. There is a whole lot going on this week so I am sticking with a goal of only one day of walking. The next town over is having their big to-do this week and of course we must participate. Today we attempted the carnival but it was to loud for Little Bit. I did get some walking in though. Tomorrow is the Fire Truck rodeo, Fire Truck parade, and fireworks. Busy day with loads of walking. Saturday my Mom, Little Bit, and I are going to the craft festival. Another day of fun walking!

As long as I can bypass the yummy festival food I should have another good week. Wish me luck and send me prayers. How is your quest for health going? Have you added anything to your regimen?

  1. I'm glad you and little bit have recovered from being icky! Our little one has too but both hubby and I are still recovering. I for one would need to undergo some tests as I have been getting dizzy several times a day (not pregnant! :-D) Hey, this weekend, we are celebrating mother's day here.. I'm not sure when is this celebrated in the US but I'll greet you now in case I am not able to go online over the weekend....

Happy mother's day!!! Big hugs and kisses from across the ocean! :)

  2. I think 8 pounds is very impressive. My Hubs would like to lose weight and I tell him. Eat what I eat, you will lose weight. He says... No thanks, but you know what. He is starting to eat a lot like me. He is even drinking the wheatgrass juice.

  3. It sounds like you are doing great. I will keep you in my prayers about the festival food. I know how hard it is to pass up an elephant ear. I really need to get on board with you and get more walking in.
