Chicken and Rice Casserole for a Crowd

Ever have the need to make a TON of yummy food? If so, this is the recipe for you! 

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of cream of  celery soup
2 cans of cream of  chicken soup
3-4 cups of boiled and cut chicken
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 1/2 cups of instant rice

2 boxes of stuffing prepared as directed on the box
a little cheese

Preheat the oven to 375. Combine all the casserole ingredients and top with stuffing. Bake covered for one hour. Remove the foil and sprinkle with cheese. Brown for 15 more minutes. Trust me you will enjoy!


  1. You are making me hungry!! My Grandkids would really like this. I don't eat anything that I don't make myself, but the Grandkids eat things like this.... especially if it has chicken in it.
