Copy Kids Review and Giveaway

Little Bit is perhaps the worlds pickiest eater. Not only is he picky he is a non-eater. He will go for days at a time living only on a handful of crackers. It drives me crazy and makes me worry. He used to eat lots of things. Things like veggies and fruits.

When I got the opportunity to review Copy Kids I jumped on it. Copy Kids is a DVD that has short videos of children of various ages eating a specific fruit or vegetable. I was skeptical. Hubs and I both were actually. I mean we have been begging our child for months to even put a piece of fruit in his mouth.

I started up Copy Kids and selected the banana segment. We watched the show almost the whole way through. Then I asked Little Bit if he would like a banana. He rambled off a sentence which translates into "okay" in toddler. I brought him a banana and sure enough he ate it! I almost died of shock. I was so excited I almost did a jig. Whats even better news is that it wasn't a one time thing. He has been happily eating bananas for three days now.

What is even cooler is that this seemed to open the flood gates. Little Bit voluntarily tried some zucchini  and ate some hamburger. Yesterday he ate part of my burrito. You have no idea how happy this has made me.

If you have a picky or a non-eater I would HIGHLY recommend you give Copy Kids a try. If you would like to check out Copy Kids you can connect with them via their website, Facebook, and Twitter.

Now for some really great news! One lucky Social Studies Momma reader is going to get to try out the amazing Copy Kids DVD for themselves.

  4. Oh my goodness I would love this! Mine is not a totally picky eater but she eats like a bird and one day she would eat but some other days she's like on hunger strike. If this works on your super picky eater, I have high hopes that this will work on mine :)

  8. Doesn't his eating habits drive you crazy? . . . just speaking from my point of view and the fact that my kids' eating habits drive me crazy. LOL My daughter used to be a little more adventurous and would try everything. It's so hard for me to get Logan to eat anything besides carrots and apples. Glad that this was working for you!
