Something I have always wanted to do is to take a cooking class. When my Alma Mater offered a lifelong learning class on Parisian cooking I jumped on it. It was so much fun and look at all the goodies I learned to make!
Soupe A L'Oignon (French Onion Soup) with a cheese crouton top
